Radiation

Radiation sensor to measure different kinds of radiation

PAR Sensor

TF6017

The sensor measures radiation within the photosynthetic relevant spectrum. The sensitivity corresponds with the optimum efficiency of chlorophyll. The measuring results enable a reliable assessment of development conditions of plants. This sensor is used in the areas of agriculture, agriculture research, horticulture and education.

The photochemical develop processes of plants in open areas and greenhouses can be optimized with the help of the PAR sensor. The sensor consists of a weather protected aluminium housing with an UV permeable plastic dome. The measurement is cosinus corrected.
